Accommodation is full board and will be provided in the part A and B&C of hotel “Plaza” and hotel “Igalo”

Competitions:
(1) 8th INDIVIDUAL EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP – RAPID
- 9 rounds played according to the Swiss System, 30 minutes per player
- Categories: boys and girls under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
- Entry fee: 20 EUR per participant.

- Prizes: The three best players in each category win cups, medals and diplomas.
- The five best players will be also awarded with prizes in different items in goods - gifts of our sponsors.
- NOTE: If some of the categories lack the number of participants, Organizer has the right to join two categories or change the competition system.
(2) 7th EUROPEAN RAPID CUP - RAPID SUPER FINAL
- The six best players in each category of Individual European Championships - Rapid 2008, for youth and juniors, may enter Rapid Super Final (5 players x 6 categories - under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 = 30 players + 2 players will be selected by Organizer).
- These players (altogether 32) - separate boys and girls, will play matches in 5 rounds (2 rapid games G - 15`), - knock - out system.
- Prizes in cash: 1. = 500 E, 2. = 250 E, 3. = 150 E, 4. = 100 E
- Schedule: September 27th at 10,00 a.m.
(3) 8th TEAM EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS - RAPID
- Two categories, under 14 and under 18
- Teams (clubs) are composed of 3 boys + 1 girl and maximum 2 reserves
- Each National Federation may participate with many teams as they like.
- One Team (club) may have players from two National Federation at the most;
- System: Swiss system in 7 rounds;
- Time limit: 15 minutes per player;
- Entry fee: 5 EUR per participant
- Schedule: September 20th at 5,00 p.m.
- Prizes: The three best teams in both categories win cups, medals and diplomas,
and will be awarded in different prizes in goods.
(4) 8th INDIVIDUAL EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS - BLITZ
- Two categories, under 14 and under 18 separate for boys and girls;
- System: Swiss System in 9 rounds;
- Time limit: 5 minutes per player;
- Entry fee: 5 EUR per participant;
- Schedule: September 28 10,00 a.m.
- Prizes: The three best players in both categories win cups, medals and diplomas.
- The five best players will be awarded with different prizes in goods.
(5) 7th EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP IN SOLVING CHESS PROBLEMS
- Two categories, under 14 and under 18;
- Prizes: The three best players in both categories win cups, medals and diplomas;
- The five best players will be awarded with different prizes in goods;
- Schedule: September 27th 5,00 p.m.

The total prize fund in gifts for all events will be over 8.000 E in goods, and 2.000 E in cash (for super finals).
